Hands-free diabetic foot screening device with cloud upload and printed results

A hands-free foot screening device — the patient places their foot on it and servo-driven positioning runs the screening automatically, then uploads results to the cloud and prints them on a thermal printer.

About the device

Foot screening is a routine part of diabetes care, helping to catch foot complications early. This device makes that screening automatic: the patient simply places their foot on it and the device does the rest — no manual handling by an operator.

How it works

  1. Place your foot — pressing the foot on the device starts the screening automatically.
  2. Automated positioning — servo motors move and position the screening mechanism around the foot.
  3. Screening — the device runs the test sequence on its own.
  4. Results — data is sent to the cloud for records and follow-up, and a copy is printed instantly on a built-in thermal printer.

Key features

  • Fully automatic operation triggered by the patient’s foot
  • Servo-driven positioning for consistent, repeatable screening
  • Cloud connectivity for storing and reviewing results remotely
  • Thermal printer for an instant paper result
